The atmosphere is nice. Not happy with the look of my nails though. They look nothing like the photo I showed for inspiration. The shellac is inconsis...tent and lumpy and the flowers look awful. Disappointed and will not be coming back. Show more
Not even a week after my nails were done, I had lost two nails. Didn’t even notice until I looked down and saw them missing. After a week an a half, a...ll the nails either just popped off or were hanging on for their life, as they had lifted that badly. Show more

I booked an appointment for myself and my daughter last Sunday and I was extremely unimpressed with the service. The nails i asked for looked nothing ...like the ones I recieved. Each nail was a different length and the french tip i asked for was different on every nail, some were thick and others thin. It took 2 hours just for my nails to be done only for them to look like they took 5min to do. Then they did my daughters nails. She had to switch what design she was going to get 3 times because they didnt know how to do the nails she was asking for (nothing too complicated just a simple ombre pattern) or because they didnt have the right colors. The nails they did for my daughter also ended up being put on completely crooked as well, they are barely straight. I ended up asking the staff to take off my nails because they were so bad. We are not going to be coming back again. Show more
